KZN Floods

Midstream college supported the Road Freight Association’s #TruckersMakingaDifference project and collected much-needed blankets, clothes, and water after the floods in KwaZulu-Natal.

Rise Against Hunger

The grade 10 learners pack over 115 000 meals for the Rise Against Hunger project as part of their Odyssey preparation. Of course, this is only possible with contributions from the community and sponsors.

Matric Shoes

Our matric learners annually donate their school shoes on the last day they write their final exams. After the paper they proverbially leave their childhood behind and enter and take their first step into a new future.

Green Day

Midstream College loves the earth and made a valuable contribution by recycling, collecting bottle caps for a wheelchair and by donating packets of vegetable seeds to our local community. On our own Green Day, learners came dressed in green to show their support to Mother Earth.

Workers' Project

Every year Midstream learners collect items and/or funds to give thanks to the men and women that keep our grounds and facilities in tip top shape.

Rhino Project

Midstream College has taken a stand to help save rhinos by supporting the Care for Wild foundation. Learners raised an incredible R57 000 as well as towels for their Intensive care unit.
